Walnut & Herb Crusted Chicken |

Ingredients:
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts |
1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves |
3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 egg white |
2 1/2 lbs chicken pieces, skin removed |
Directions:
1. In a shallow dish, combine walnuts, bread crumbs, basil, rosemary, flour and salt. 2. In second shallow dish, lightly beat egg. 3. Roll chicken in egg, then in walnut mixture. 4. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350° until crust is browned. |
