This goes nice on a mixed greens salad. Ingredients:
1/3 cup sherry vinegar |
2 tablespoons fig preserves |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
1/2 cup toasted walnut oil |
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 4 ingredients; slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking. 2. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. 3. Alternatively, place all ingredients into a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake to combine. |
