4 ounces mascarpone cheese |
4 ounces gorgonzola |
1 tablespoon minced red onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, process marscapone, Gorgonzola, red onion and garlic until well blended. 2. Transfer to a cutting board and shape into 4 balls. 3. Spread walnuts on a work surface. Roll balls until well covered. Chill for at least 3 hours. |
