Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
2 tablespoons unrefined walnut oil
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
black pepper
Directions:
1. Place first 3 ingredients in a bowl and wisk well.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
