I found this in recipe booklet Gorgeous Biscuits . Ingredients:
1 large egg |
1 large egg yolk |
1/2 cup caster sugar (4 oz) |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, sifted |
1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts (5 oz) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 315°F/160°C. 2. Beat the egg, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla until well combined. 3. Add the sifted flour and stir until smooth. 4. Fold in the chopped walnuts. 5. Using a teaspoon, drop dough mixture well apart onto parchment-lined baking tray. 6. Flatten slightly with fork. 7. Bake for 15-17 minutes (until golden and crisp). 8. Allow to cool on trays. |
