This is from Dr. Atkins' Quick & Easy New Diet Cookbook. I'm posting so I have it on file. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar |
1 cup red cabbage, chopped |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. 2. Add the cabbage, celery and walnuts. Mix well. |
