From The Bread Machine Cookbook. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups beer |
3 tablespoons walnut oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
3/4 teaspoon rosemary |
2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 cups bread flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
2/3 cup walnuts, chopped |
1/2 cup onion, sauteed |
Directions:
1. Put everything in the bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions. 2. Add the nuts and raisins during the add-in cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is done. |
