Easy and filling! Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread |
1 teaspoon margarine |
1/2 cup carrot, grated |
1 tablespoon skim milk |
2 egg whites |
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped |
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped |
2 spring onions, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Cut bread slices in halves. 2. Heat a pan. 3. Brush with a little oil. 4. Dip bread halves into the carrot mixture. 5. Cook in the non-stick pan until browned on both sides. 6. Serve hot. |
