Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups cubed cooked turkey, leftovers are great |
1 small apple, chopped,no need to peel |
1/4 cup diced celery |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts |
1 1/2 tablespoons raisins |
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Chill for 1 hour. 3. Use for sandwiches or salads. 4. This is really good on toasted raisin bread. |
