Sweet, sour crunchy and nutty and creamy. Something to please everyone. Ingredients:
1/3 large head green cabbage,shredded (about 4 1/2 cups) |
1 large red apple, cored and diced |
3/4 cup red grapes, halved |
3/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1 large rib celery, sliced diagonally |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar |
1 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar |
3/4 tsp. salt |
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients; cover. 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or up to 6 hours. 3. Toss before serving. |
