Sweet, sour crunchy and nutty and creamy. Something to please everyone.
Ingredients:
1/3 large head green cabbage,shredded (about 4 1/2 cups)
1 large red apple, cored and diced
3/4 cup red grapes, halved
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 large rib celery, sliced diagonally
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients; cover.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or up to 6 hours.
3. Toss before serving.
