1 head of celery, chopped into 1/4 inch thick slices |
1 red apple, cubed, chopped into 1/2 chunks (leave skin on) |
200 g roquefort blue cheese, crumbled (or something similar) |
1 cup walnuts (or almonds if preferred) |
