Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped apple (about 1 medium)
1 cup coarsely chopped pear (about 1 medium)
1 cup seedless red grapes
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/3 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
1 tablespoon apple juice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Combine yogurt, apple juice, and ginger; pour over apple mixture, tossing to coat.
