Waldorf Salad

This is a quick toss-together fruit salad.
Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1cup miniature marshmallows
1 banana
2 apples
1/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup red grapes
Directions:
1. Chop the apples and banana.
2. In a large mixing bowl mix yogurt, lemon juice, and vanilla. Make sure you mix it well to get the chunks of the yogurt out .
3. Add the apples, bananas, and raisins gradually.
4. Pour in the miniature marshmallows. ( Hint: If you don't have mini marshmallows, you can snip big ones with kitchen scissors. Keep ice water handy to keep the scissors from getting sticky.)
5. Mix it all up and its ready to serve!
