2 apples, cubed |
2 celery ribs, chopped |
1/2 cup pecans, toasted |
1/2 cup raisins |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine apples, celery, pecans and raisins. 2. In another bowl, stir together lemon juice, mayo, salt and sugar. 3. Pour mixture over apple mixture. 4. Serve immediately. |
