1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained |
1 apple, unpeeled, chopped |
1 pear, unpeeled, chopped |
2 cups rice, cooked |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
1/3 cup raisins |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped, toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients together. 2. Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream. 3. Sprinkle with walnuts just before serving. |
