I'm going through old recipes on cards and entering them for safe keeping. Ingredients:
2 cups red leaf lettuce, rinsed, dried & torn |
2 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette dressing |
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped |
1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved |
2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese |
2 tablespoons choped pecans |
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients together. |
