This was my mom's recipe - I love it either on top of lettuce or put into half of a pita.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked cubed chicken
2 cups cored chopped apples
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp low-fat mayo
2 tbsp fat-free plain yogurt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
lettuce
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, apples, celery, and raisins in a bowl.
2. Stir together mayo, yogurt and spices.
3. Toss dressing into chicken mixture.
4. Serve over lettuce or in a pita
