This was my mom's recipe - I love it either on top of lettuce or put into half of a pita. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked cubed chicken |
2 cups cored chopped apples |
1 cup chopped celery |
1/4 cup raisins |
2 tbsp low-fat mayo |
2 tbsp fat-free plain yogurt |
1/4 tsp nutmeg |
1/4 tsp cinnamon |
lettuce |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, apples, celery, and raisins in a bowl. 2. Stir together mayo, yogurt and spices. 3. Toss dressing into chicken mixture. 4. Serve over lettuce or in a pita |
