Taken on A good wake up shot after drinking a few too many! Made popular by Larry at The Ship Inn bar, Bowness on Windermere. Ingredients:
1 ounce sambuca romana |
7/8 ounce espresso |
1/4 ounce cream |
Directions:
1. Use a 50ml sherry glass. 2. Sambuca first, then layer with espresso and finish off with a top layer of cream. |
