Ingredients:
1 - 20 ounce(s) can crushed pineapple
2 cup(s) ice cubes (abt 12)
1 1/2 cup(s) orange juice
1 ripe banana
Directions:
1. Peel banana, break into chunks and put into blender with crushed pineapple, Orange juice and ice. Blend until smooth.
2. Tip: 1. If you prefer less acidic start, add yogurt.
3. Fresh pineapple is delicious.
