This is delicious and uses very little ingredients. I made it by just playing around in my kitchen. The frozen strawberries give it a great texture. Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries |
1/3-1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder |
Directions:
1. First pulse strawberries in blender or food processer until not chunky anymore. 2. Then add the yogurt. 3. Once that's combined add protein powder, blend and ENJOY! |
