Tasty morning eye-opener. Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
8 ounces strawberry yogurt |
1/2 medium ripe banana, cut into chunks |
4 strawberries, halved |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup crushed ice or 1 cup crushed ice cube |
Directions:
1. In a blender combine all ingredients. 2. Blend until smooth, about 30- 60 seconds. 3. Pour into glass and garnish with a dollop of yogurt and strawberries, if desired. 4. Serve immediately. |
