Yummy easy shake for breakfast for Phase 1. Adapted from new book Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat low-sugar, artifically sweetened vanilla soymilk |
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
3 ounces firm silken tofu |
1/4 cup dry-roasted almonds |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. Process almonds first in a blender. Add all other ingredients and process. |
