Kawaii Bento Boxes Serves 1 Ingredients:
1/4 japanese cucumber |
1 teaspoon dried wakame seaweed |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon sugar |
salt |
1 dash soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Soak dried wakame in water until soft. Drain and squeeze out water. Blanche in boiling water until color turns green. Rinse in cold water, cut up and squeeze again. 2. Slice cucumber thinly and sprinkle with salt. Let stand until supple and squeeze out water. 3. Combine dressing ingredients and mix with wakame and cucumber slices. Leave to drain before serving. |
