This is the dressing used at the Wagamama restaurants. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons shallots, finely chopped |
1 inch piece gingerroot, peeled and grated |
1 small garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped |
1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon ketchup |
1 tablespoon water |
3 1/2 ounces vegetable oil |
3 tablespoons light soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or screwtop jar and set aside. Can be kept in the fridge for a few days. |
