Waffles With Peach and Passionfruit |

From Australian BH&G Diabetic Living. Ingredients:
2 frozen waffles (nanna's original specified) |
8 peach slices (in juice drained) |
2 passion fruit (halved pulp removed) |
2 tablespoons vanilla beans, fruche |
1 tablespoon maple syrup (sugar-free) |
Directions:
1. Toast the waffles until golden brown and put on plates. 2. Top with peach slices and spoon the passionfruit pulp over and top with the Fruche and drizzle with maple syrup to serve. 3. VARIATION - replace the Fruche with any low-fat or diet flavoured yoghurt and the peach with any canned fruit in juice. |
