It takes less than a minute to mash berries with maple syrup to make waffles extra special, and still only about 300 calories. Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries, thawed |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
2 frozen whole-grain waffles, toasted |
Directions:
1. Mash berries with syrup, heat in microwave for 30 seconds, and put on top of toasted waffles. |
