Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup(s) flour |
3 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 egg yolks beaten |
1 1/4 cup(s) milk |
1/2 cup(s) oil |
2 egg whites |
Directions:
1. Place flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Stir with a whisk to sift. Add yolks, milk and oil and mix thoroughly. Beat egg whites until still peaks form. Fold egg whites into batter. Do not overmix. |
