Borrowed and modified recipe from user seden. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
3 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tbsp splenda |
1 tbsp applesauce |
3 egg whites |
1 1/2 cups low fat milk |
Directions:
1. mix first four ingredients 2. add remaining ingredients 3. mix well. 4. pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet/waffle iron |
