Great recipe but i modified the ingredients to make it less fattening Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon morton lite salt |
2 egg whites |
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 3/4 cups 1% low-fat milk |
2 egg yolks |
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. 2. Mix all other ingredients and fold in egg whites. |
