From the Krups waffle maker insert Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups skim milk |
250 g flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
3 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
8 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Mix egg yolks and milk. 2. Add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and mix well. 3. Add oil. 4. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, and then fold gently into the batter. 5. Ladle by 1/4 cup (approximate) into heated waffle iron, and cook until steam slows greatly (about 4 minutes). |
