Absolutely the best waffle recipe I have ever tried
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
3 eggs
1 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
Directions:
1. Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Whisk all the liquid ingredients together in a medium bowl.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and combine with several swift strokes. Do not over mix.
4. Prepare in a waffle iron according to the directions.
