4 tblspn butter |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
2 tspn vanilla ess |
2 cups flour |
1 ml salt |
2 tspn baking powd |
500ml or more thick hot custard |
roasted coconut |
Directions:
1. melt butter,beat in eggs and sugar 2. add essence 3. sift in flour salt and baking pwd to form soft biscuit dough 4. divide into 6,roll into thin rounds 5. bake at 180 degrees til light brown 6. layer rounds with custard(custard can be tinted),the tops and sides 7. sprinkle with coconut 8. p.s.best made day before,clingwrap or use foil as custard will dry when left open in fridge |
