1 1/2 cups self raising flour |
1 cup caster sugar |
5 tablespoons cocoa |
5 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 cup hot water |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla, optional |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Grease and flour a 20 cm square tin. 3. Bake 20-25 minutes at 180 deg Celsius. |
