This is the companys coming quick cake. This is the most requested cake recipe I have. No eggs!! I very seldom frost this cake even for birthdays I just write on it. Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
6 tablespoons cocoa (hershey is best) |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 cups tap water |
Directions:
1. Place all dry ingredients in mixer bowl. 2. Blend slowly. 3. Add rest of ingredients. 4. Mix very slowly to start then mix well. 5. 9x13 cake pan. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. |
