This is a great cole slaw for those of us who have to watch our weight, or just want to eat healthy. This whole thing is = 2 WW points
Ingredients:
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup apple, chopped
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 dash sugar
1 dash cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix apple and cabbage.
2. Mix mayo and sugar and cider vinegar.
3. Combine all.
