Trying desperately to find recipes to use my bottle of Slivovice, a plum brandy from the Czech Republic. From what I'm reading it sounds like the liquor from the 'abode of the dead' to put it nicely! This recipe is a hot punch. Sure praying Cerberus stays away. Ingredients:
2 ounces plum brandy (slivovice) |
1 teaspoon demerara sugar |
2 ounces boiling water |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in sauce pan. 2. Heat in a small saucepan, dissolving sugar. 3. Serve in a heat-proof cup when hot. |
