A complex blend of peppers, garlic and English cheddar, great warm-up for a meal or ballgame. Ingredients:
1/2 butter crackers, crushed |
1 pound philly cream cheese, softened |
1 teas. lemon juice |
2 large eggs |
1 packet voo-doo bell pepper blend(www.spicemerchants.biz) |
3/4 cup sharp english cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325^. 2. Spray 6 spring-pan with cooking spray. 3. Swirl butter cracker crumbs to evenly coat sides and bottom. 4. Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth. 5. Add eggs one at a time. 6. Add pepper blend. 7. Fold in grated cheese, mixing thoroughly. 8. Pour into prepared pan. 9. Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes. 10. Let cool and serve at room temp. |
