Ingredients:
4-6 chicken breasts cut up |
2 onions chopped |
2 tablespoon(s) butter |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup |
1-4oz can(s) mushrooms undrained |
1/2 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop onions. Saute both in butter, salt while cooking for 5-6 minutes. Add soup and mushrooms. Let boil for 1 minute, lower heat and add sour cream. Stir and serve over rice, noodles, toast, or pastry cups. |
