1 3 ounce box instant chocolate fudge pudding mix |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
3 teaspoons instant coffee granules |
1/2 cup very hot tap water |
1/4 cup kahlua |
1/4 cup vodka |
1/4 cup creme de cacao |
glaze mix |
1 cup confectioners sugar |
2 talespoons strong coffee |
2 tablespoons kahlua |
2 tablespoons creme de caco |

Directions:
1. HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES 2. USING SOLID SHORTENIN GREASE A BUNDT PAN 3. IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE CAKE MIX, PUDDING, OIL AND EGGS 4. DISOLVE INSTANT COFFEE GRANULES IN HOT WATER AND ADD TOO CAKE MIX ALONG WITH KAHLUA, VODKA AND CREME DE CACAO 5. MIX AT LOW SPEED TO BLEND. SWITCH MIXER TO HIGH AND MIX FOR TWO MINUTES 6. POUR INTO PREPARED PAN 7. BAKE 50 TO 55 MINUTES OR UNTIL CAKE PULLS AWAY FROM SIDES OF PAN OR CAKE TESTS DONE. START CHECKING AT 45 MINUTES 8. USUNG TOOTHPICK OR CAKE TESTER, PUNCH HOLES THROUGH TO BOTTOM OF CAKE AT 1 INCH INTERVALS 9. POUR GLAZE OVER CAKE AND LET ABSORB BEFORE TURNING CAKE ONTO SERVING DISH |
