VIVACIOUS GREEN OLIVE AND DRIED BEEF CREAM CHEESE SPREAD This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Olsen Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982. Ingredients:
8 ounce package cream cheese softened |
8 ounce package farmer cheese softened |
1/2 pint yogurt |
1 clove garlic |
3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped |
3 spring onions with tops chopped |
8 green olives chopped |
5 tablespoons minced dried beef |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
