This recipe came from the vita mix company. I tried it at a demo. It was awesome. Ingredients:
2 cups water |
1 slender stalk carrot |
1/2 stalk fo celery |
1 green onion |
1 thick slice white onion |
1 slice yellow squash |
1 slice red pepper |
1/2 garlic clove |
1 roma tomato |
1/2 cup green cabbage |
1/4 baked potato |
1 knorrs tomatoes or 1 chicken bouillon |
5 shakes spike seasoning |
1/4 cup cooked brown rice |
1 roma tomato |
Directions:
1. add all ingred till you get to spikes. blend on high speed unitl steaming hot. 2. turn off and add. 3. brown rice and tomato. 4. Blend on Variable #1 or #2 unitl tomato is chopped. |
