My Grandmother's recipe. Perfect for parties or a great side dish for outdoor grilling. Ingredients:
- 2 (7 oz) pkgs shell pasta |
- 4 tblspns vinegar |
- 1 cup edamame (soy beans) |
- 2 cups diced american cheese |
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper |
- 1/2 cup diced celery |
- 4 tblspns pimento |
- 3-4 tblspns minced onion |
- 1 1/3 cup mayo |
- dash of celery salt and salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook Shell pasta and rinse in cold water. Add vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes. 2. Dice Cheese, Bell Pepper, Celery and mince Onion. 3. In a serving bowl add all ingrediants to pasta and mix until consistant. 4. Throw in the fridge for about 20 minutes and enjoy! |
