I got this dish from one of my co-workers, and my family loved it. I love the fact that it is so quci to make. Ingredients:
1 12oz. bag pasta twirls (multi colored) |
2 cups chopped raw brocolli (do not use the stem) |
2 cup chopped raw cauliflower (do not use stems) |
1 16oz. bottle light italian dressing |
1 tbsp salt |
Directions:
1. First put about 4 quarts water to boil and add salt. 2. add pasta and stir. cook uncovered, 3. while pasta is cooking chop up the brocolli and cauliflower. 4. once past is cooked drain out water. 5. let cool about 5 minutes. 6. add raw veggies and italian dressing. 7. put if refrigerator to cool, eat cool. 8. enjoy! |
