1/2 cup crushed pineapple |
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract |
1 cup milk |
1 (8 ounce) carton plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons sugar (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients until frothy and serve icy cold. 2. Makes about 3 cups. |
