Ingredients:
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) carton plain yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients until frothy and serve icy cold.
2. Makes about 3 cups.
