Fresh salad with red kidney beans, tuna and olive oil. Tastes great with an Indian flair! Made it up on the spot! Ingredients:
2 cups red kidney beans, drained |
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked |
1/4 cup chopped red onion |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon dried parsley |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
salt and ground black pepper to taste (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine kidney beans, tuna, and red onion in a bowl. 2. Stir olive oil, parsley, curry powder, salt, and black pepper into kidney bean mixture until well combined. |
