From Cooking the Korean Way Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon finely chopped green onion |
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar. 2. Pour leftover sauce into a glass container, cover tightly. It will keep for a week in the refrigerator. |
