4 eggs |
1-1/2 cups sugar |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1-1/2 tablespoons cider or white vinegar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches) |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Yield: 8 servings. |
