Homemade, Simple, Easy to Make, Thin & Crisp, Light & DELICIOUS!!! Ingredients:
2 sticks of softened butter |
1 cup sugar |
1-1/2 cup flour |
1 tablespoon of distilled white vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. In Large Bowl, Mix Butter & Sugar at LOW Speed until Blended, Increase Speed to HIGH, Beat Until Light & Fluffy. At LOW Speed, Beat in: Vinegar & Baking Soda until Mixed. Cover Bowl with Plastic 2. Wrap & Refrigerate 1 Hour or until Easy to Handle. 3. Drop Dough by Rounded teaspoonful ( I roll them into Balls) place 2 4. inches apart on Ungreased Cookie Sheet. Bake in Preheated Oven 350 Degrees. These cookies Bake Fast, they are Done when Set GOLDEN around the edges ONLY because of their Thiness check after 5 minutes. When done leave on sheet for 30 seconds (to prevent tearing) before removing to Wire Rack to Cool further. |
