Found this in Australian Bartender magazine. A cocktail that uses Absinthe as the main ingredient. It also has cranberry & lemon juice, so if you're not a fan of sour stuff this may not be for you. I gave it a go & was pretty happy with the results :) Ingredients:
20 ml absinthe |
10 ml chambord raspberry liquor |
5 ml lemon juice |
15 ml cranberry juice |
Directions:
1. Shake & 2. Strain into a LARGE shot glass. |
