To be made as an accompaninment to Portuguese Feijoada. Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes, chopped |
1 large white onion, finely chopped |
2 fresh red cayenne bell peppers, seeded and minced or 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1 cup white vinegar |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well and serve at room temperature over meat and beans. |
